Our mission is to create an environment to help you recognize and quickly align to your personal power. We focus on nurturing your knowledge of personal worth and value. Our goal is to empower confidence, clarity, peace, and joy found in aligned connection with fully owning who you are. So you can have the life you truly want and live unapologetically as your true self. Using awareness, universal laws, brain training, ritual and horse interaction we create a space of healing, empowerment and self worth.

Andrea's passion for horses started as a young child growing up in Michigan. A lifetime of training and focusing on creating harmonious relationships with her horses gave her insights on how important effective communication is in order to create any trusting and understanding partnership. She knows that differences must be realized, respected and honored in order to have a successful working relationship.
With that understanding, Andrea approaches situations with the thought, "How can I help them own their brilliance?" This motto has been carried over into Andrea's professional life and is the foundation for her exceling in Sales, Sales Management and Performance/Change Management.
At her consulting and training company, The Equine Advantage and now Authentic Life Equine, Andrea helps individuals, teams, groups and partners reconnect with their authentic selves and reconnect also with their power. Being your authentic self creates congruency between who you are and how you interact. Her work with the horses helps find that congruency in an open, honest and non-threatening environment, allowing each person to shine in their brilliance.

Sylvia is known for bringing a sense of magic to life and to the healing process. The use of indigenous knowledge and universal laws in her work stems from her Mesoamerican roots. A daughter of immigrant parents, she was born and raised in Silicon Valley. Her ability to understand the mechanics of the universe came from navigating through different cultures, worlds and personal traumas. Overcoming diversity taught her that working with the nature of things creates peace and that connection to personal power is key to fulfilling destiny, desires and dreams.
A specialist in the physics of personal transformation and developer of Sacred Energetics Quantum Level Coaching™, Sylvia takes an energetic view on changing lives. The foundation of her work is focused on shifting and calibrating vibrational energy towards wanted outcomes. She has spent a lifetime reconnecting people to their personal power. She teaches how to work with awareness of energy and patterns to unlock potential and new possibilities. She utilizes awareness, universal laws, brain training and ritual to consciously calibrate her clients to the life they have always wanted, creating a wonderous and magical experience.
